10 services, checked with public records instead of their ads.
Short answer: We compared 10 well-known online GLP-1 services using public records, not their ads: Trustpilot and BBB pages, the FDA warning-letter list, FDA recalls, and the prices each company posts. We do not pick a winner. Each card shows the same 6 checks, so you can decide what matters to you.

Quick table
Listed A to Z. Dots show how many of our 6 checks each company meets. More checks does not mean it is right for you. Type: Brand = FDA-approved brand-name only; Both = brand-name and compounded; Compounded = compounded only.
We use the same 6 checks for everyone. "Not FDA approved" (for compounded medicine) is not the same as illegal. FDA status, proof that a drug works, and safety are separate questions.

Brand-name medicines like Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo are FDA approved. The FDA checked that they work and how they are made.
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is mixed by a pharmacy. It can be legal with a prescription from a licensed pharmacy. But it is not FDA approved, and the FDA does not check it for safety, quality or strength before it is sold. Learn more: Is compounded semaglutide safe? and Compounded tirzepatide vs Zepbound.
Why research peptide sellers are not listed
Some websites sell "research use only" semaglutide, tirzepatide or other peptides with no prescription. These are not medicines for people. Nobody checks what is in the vial. The FDA has sent many warning letters to sellers like this. We will never list them.
Will a licensed clinician review my health history before prescribing?
Is the medicine brand-name or compounded? Which pharmacy fills it?
What is the full monthly cost: membership plus medicine plus shipping?
How do I cancel, and will I be charged for the next month?
Can I use my insurance, or is it cash only?
How we checked
On Oct 27, 2026 we read each company's Trustpilot page and the 20 newest 1-star reviews, BBB search results, the FDA warning-letter database, and FDA recall data. From company sites we only took plain facts: prices, what they sell, and whether they take insurance. If we could not find a fact, we say "not found." We did not contact any company, and no company paid us. Our editorial policy
FAQ
Which online GLP-1 provider is the best?
We do not pick one. The right choice depends on your insurance, budget and whether you want a brand-name or compounded medicine. Each card shows the same 6 checks so you can compare.
Do you get paid when I click a company link?
We don't earn money from these links today. If that changes, we will say so on this page and mark links as sponsored.
Are compounded GLP-1s legal?
Compounded drugs can be legal when a licensed pharmacy makes them for a patient with a prescription and follows the law. But they are not FDA approved. The FDA does not check them for safety, quality or strength before they are sold.
Why do some big companies have FDA warning letters?
The FDA sends warning letters when it thinks a company broke a rule, like making misleading claims. The letters to Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk were about promotional videos, not about their pharmacies. The letters to Hims & Hers were about claims for compounded semaglutide. Each card links to the real letter.
Why are research peptide sellers not on this list?
They sell products labeled "for research use only," which are not medicines for people. We only list services where a licensed clinician writes a prescription.
How old is this information?
